On Tuesday we drove to spend the day in Savannah, Georgia. My parents and aunt and uncle have been there before so I was the only “first-timer”. My sister (not on this trip), told me I would like it. She lived here while completing her externship during her last year of vet school.

Even though we did not eat here I took pictures for my sister. The places that has the best fried chicken and banana pudding according to her.

Our home city

I have discovered I love the houses of the South (their design/architecture) and the walkability of this city and another one we took a trip to later in the week:

Lunch was a salad and dessert was Leopold’s coffee chocolate chip ice cream.

And since we were in Savannah on my sister and brother in law’s anniversary I found a picture of their wedding flower.

What a wonderful day!

Oh we did walk by Paula Deen’s restaurant too. It didn’t make the camera roll apparently
